And when he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ‘Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.’ And Simon answered, ‘Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.’ And when they had done this, they enclosed a large number of fish, and their nets were breaking. They signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.”
Luke 5:4-7
In biblical times, fishing wasn’t as-far-away-from-others-as-possible, holding a single fishing pole with some bait, and enjoying a few moments of serenity.
Rather, it was one’s bread and butter, using large nets that required many hands.
What if “their partners” had rejected their request? About half of the fish would’ve been lost.
Needless to say, there’s strength (and great potential) in numbers.
A Utopian Dream?
Wouldn’t it be great if Christians, churches, and ministries would work together for the distribution of God’s word, no matter what one’s denomination or theological persuasion?
Is that a utopian dream or a definite possibility?
The Cause of Christ wants to ask each Christian, church, and ministry to “come and help” distribute Bibles to the persecuted church, to those who don’t have personal access to God’s word.
The goal is to distribute 100,000 Bibles.
In order to do so, we need 300,000 Christians who are willing to buy one of the $4.00 classic Christian book deals (50% goes to the distribution of God’s word).
You can help in three ways…
First of all, you can share one of the book deals with others.
Without question, every Christian, church, and ministry will be able to find at least one book deal that they can genuinely recommend.
One share doesn’t cost you anything.
Secondly, you can be one of the 300,000 Christians who are willing to buy one of the book deals.
Undoubtedly, you’ll be able to find at least one book deal that will encourage you in your faith and walk with Jesus.
Each book deal is only $4.00.
Thirdly, you can become an affiliate and get paid to share.
In order to make this as appealing as possible, the one with the most purchases will receive a $100,000 bonus.
Therefore, the more Christians, churches, and ministries participate, the faster we’ll be able to distribute 100,000 Bibles and the less purchases one needs in order to receive the $100,000 bonus.
300,000 participants need 1 purchase
150,000 participants need 2 purchases
75,000 participants need 4 purchases
50,000 participants need 6 purchases
25,000 participants need 12 purchases
20,000 participants need 15 purchases
15,000 participants need 20 purchases
10,000 participants need 30 purchases
As you can see, the possibility to distribute 100,000 Bibles is rather simple.
It’s dependent on Christians, churches, and ministries “coming and helping,” though.
Thinking outside their own “boat,” so to speak.
That brings us to the main question…
As a Christian, church, or ministry, will you “come and help” distribute Bibles to your persecuted brothers and sisters?
Whether you share a book deal, purchase a book deal, or want to become an affiliate, your “coming and helping” will make a difference.

P.S. Churches and ministries can participate in an affiliate program without any consequences to their 501(c)(3) status. The former AmazonSmile and the current Amazon Associates are probably the best examples.
